Use SONAR safely

Stay aware of traffic, crossings, stairs, weather and local restrictions. Never follow the screen when doing so could be unsafe.

Respect places and people

Do not enter restricted or private areas, damage property, disturb others or publish unlawful or abusive content.

Location, only while you use it

For route guidance and arrival checks, SONAR may use your device location while the experience is active. You can deny or revoke permission in your device settings; some route functions will then be unavailable.

What your purchase includes

The price covers the SONAR digital experience. Museum or attraction tickets, transport, food, drinks and other third-party services are not included unless expressly stated.

Quest Coins

SONAR Coins are virtual points earned by playing Quests. They have no monetary value, cannot be purchased or transferred, and cannot be converted into money. They may be used only within SONAR to redeem available content, benefits or experiences. They are not cash prizes and do not guarantee any winnings.

Your data

We use account data, purchases, progress and the minimum technical data needed to provide and secure the service. Payment card data is handled by Stripe, not stored by SONAR. Optional community content is used only when you choose to publish it.
